1. Description of the Service
RizzFeed provides technology and automated services for preparing, styling, and organizing digital media and educational content, including:
- Automated vertical video production for mobile feeds (such as TikTok and Reels);
- Informational infographics, charts, and visual data summaries;
- Scheduled automated publishing to authorized third-party creator profiles via official platform APIs.
The Service is managed and operated by Lagani Club for lawful educational and productivity purposes. Features may be updated, enhanced, or modified from time to time.
2. Third-Party Platform Compliance (TikTok & Meta)
When you connect a third-party account to RizzFeed, you represent and warrant that:
- Authorization: You own or are fully authorized by the owner of the destination account (e.g., your TikTok account or Facebook Page) to grant our app permissions to upload and publish content on your behalf.
- Platform Rules: You agree to strictly abide by the destination platform’s policies, including the TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Developer Terms, and Meta Platform Terms.
- Independent Services: Third-party platforms are independent services not operated by us. We are not responsible for account suspensions, video takedowns, or API rate-limit restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
3. Financial & Investment Disclaimer — No Investment Advice
RizzFeed is a media automation and publishing tool, NOT a licensed financial advisory firm, broker-dealer, or investment advisor.
All market data, corporate earnings summaries, financial indicators, and video commentary processed or rendered by RizzFeed are for general educational, analytical, and informational purposes only.
- Nothing produced by RizzFeed constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, stock, or financial instrument.
- Past performance metrics and historical financial statements do not guarantee future market results.
- You are solely responsible for verifying the factual accuracy of any financial content, disclosures, or statutory disclaimers prior to publishing to public social media platforms.
4. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights in the source materials, custom commentary, and creative assets that you provide to the Service. By using RizzFeed:
- You grant Lagani Club a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process, render, format, and transmit your content to the destination platforms you explicitly select.
- You represent that your content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your devices and ensuring unauthorized persons do not access your connected automation dashboards.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use RizzFeed to:
- Distribute deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, or market-manipulating financial information;
- Violate applicable securities regulations, disclosure rules, or financial advertising guidelines;
- Distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or unauthorized bulk content;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the integrity of RizzFeed or its network endpoints;
- Bypass or manipulate API rate limits, quotas, or platform security safeguards.
6. Intellectual Property
The software, codebases, branding, and visual designs of RizzFeed are the proprietary property of Lagani Club and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our software without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LAGANI CLUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR THAT EVERY VIDEO TRANSMISSION TO TIKTOK OR META WILL SUCCEED WITHOUT DELAY.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN NEPAL OR RELEVANT JURISDICTIONS, LAGANI CLUB, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY CONNECTED PLATFORMS (INCLUDING TIKTOK OR META).
9. Account Termination & Revocation
You may stop using the Service and revoke its permissions at any time via your connected platform settings (such as TikTok’s “Manage app permissions > RizzFeed”) or by contacting us for complete data removal as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or platform developer guidelines.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
